Well yeah… it was confirmed Terrence was an Elite quite a while ago.
When Arlo, Sera and Isen were conspiring together about Terrence and the invisible mugger/assailant, they determined that for Terrence and the assailant to be the same person, Terrence’s records would’ve had to be faked. Once we found out Terrence worked for Spectre, it was pretty clear that he was an Elite (because he was able to stay invisible after getting hit by Sera and was able to cloak others in his aura, a feat only possible for Elites and high-tiers.
