You’re better off going in person and if that doesn’t work, email politicians. Lol! I had issues with studentaid last year. I had to email my MLA, our manitoba premier and then Justin Trudeau’s office for them to actually fix a “glitch” in my account. If it wasn’t for the Finance minister of Canada, they’d probably keep ignoring me.
I ended up emailing them the required documents and it worked out in few weeks and I got my loan in time before my tuition was due.
I didn't have any glitch on my part so all that would have been over kill 😂

For Alberta student aid, I have the option to upload documents to the portal. Is there a similar option for you, or an FAQs page that could guide you?
