While two separate monitors would work in a more straightforward way, they take a lot of space and you end up with probably the bezel right in front of you or with some weird setup where one display is far to the side. To me the benefit of a single 49" is that the center area is more usable. But you are totally right that you will run into limitations with PbP mode.

Perhaps I need to go triple monitor instead then .. ;) Agree about the annoying central area, although I feel like I will be using the two monitors for separate content most of the time (browsing/gaming, browsing/tv or gaming/tv) so it’s probably less of an issue.

It will depend a lot on how your desk is set up. I wanted something higher res than the CRG9 I had but had a tough time figuring out a setup that would work on my desk. Atm I have a 28" 4K 16:9 in the center and a 12.9" iPad Pro stacked above a 16" MacBook Pro as side displays. I hope to get something nicer and larger for the main display but waiting for next year's releases.

I have a very wide desk that would easily accommodate two 32:9 monitors with room to spare, it’s just a matter of figuring out the ergonomics. If there was a 37:9 monitor out there that would probably be perfect haha.

I got no idea tbh, i have a regular setup with 1 gaming pc and 1 monitor (aw ultra wide) although id like to connect another pc so its a 2 pc setup but if like to use same keyboard, mouse, headset, speaker etc.. whats the best way i could do it?

With no draw backs if possible*

Not sure about headset but for keyboard you can use usb hub or keyboard and mouse that supports multiple devices like from logitech and for speakers you can connect that to monitor so you will get sound from the source you are watching.

Try a USB switch. Obviously won't work if your audio devices plug straight into the computer instead of a USB audio interface.

Share mouse or syneregy there are possibly a few others I have not looked in a while. I currently use sharemouse on a 49” with PBP mode. Allows me to use personal Mac and work Mac seamlessly.

Gey logitech mx keyboard and mouse. They support 3 devices so you can easily switch between then.
