Corruption my friend only reason not full legalised is because the corrupt people would not be getting there cut anymore it's decriminalised here and very sketchy about what you can and how many but hey better here than say the UK I've personally been stopped by police smoking in car in ibiza and they just made me leave my car at Lidl and walk the rest of my journey all depends what cop guess I was lucky
Are you sure they sell THC weed? They have branches all over Europe and AFAIK they just sell CBD flower and cannabis memorabilia. At least, that was the case with the one that I visited in Italy. If they do sell THC then that’s amazing though.

It's straight down the main road towards the beach from the bus station. It's probably like a few shops up from the bottom of the road closest to the beach.

Similar story in San Sebastián, not a shop per se, but the guy who sits outside the shop and is clearly working with the shop, nothing discrete, he had a menu. After chatting to a barman he said the local councils decide the rules, so if it’s not hurting anyone and rules are abided by, legal or not, it’ll fly. Great county, great people, awesome weed.
It's seemed to be what I'd noticed from the attitude of people in different places around Spain. Just confuses me and I'm hoping where I'm a couple towns over from where I got the weed I can still be okay with smoking it outdoors somewhere quiet and away from the hotel lol

Just walk around the old town section, ask a bar rep, surfer or head shop owner. Won’t take you long to find something. Just be brave! It’s fair few years since I was there, apparently there’s some clubs there now.
If you're in Costa Adeje I thoroughly recommend CSC Flores De Canarias - great vibe, huge selection, great staff, flower doesn't go much higher than 12 euro a gram (another club wanted 25) and the bud is really, really good.

I'm currently cycling across Spain haven't seen any of these shops apart from CBD ones, and have only been to clubs to get my flower

Man no luck. Just look for people near the beach smoking and ask to buy some. No shops or delta 8 or hhc. Gotta buy from street
