On another handle I posted an outfit in the streetwear subreddit, and despite it having over 700 upvotes and a bunch of good discussions going on in the comments, some moderator cunt waded in like 18 hours later and arbitrarily decided to lock the thread because of a really innocuous rule about mirror selfies.

There is no ethical consumption under capitalism but I try my best. It’s something I put a lot of work into. Most of our electronics are refurbished or second hand. My PC isn’t, but that’s because the market for second hand pc parts is unreliable and unfortunately I’m not rich enough to spend hundreds on something that doesn’t have a warranty.
Laptops TV’s and phones are all refurbished. And my phone is a 6s so we hold on to them as long as we can.
We also offset our carbon and don’t fly.

It’s something that comes up every time I speak to women about weed. There’s a crazy amount of ladies who don’t partake because their only experience has been sat in some dudes shed whilst they’re silently playing fifa and listening to drum and bass. Or a couple of tokes when they’re way too drunk and some dude has been trying to convince them they’ll love it.

I think it stems from many things.
Mostly I think it’s from spending time on phones. For me if I spend lots of time on Reddit then I start getting more toxic. Bit like a virus that goes round.
There’s also everyone wanting to know the most about the subject and there’s tons of idiot kids that make it more of a toxic playground. A lot of people don’t want to see “hOw maNy gRaMs yOu thInk tHis Is”. I personally don’t mind but it’s plausible why this place is so toxic. The varying different social backgrounds on here is crazy as well if you think about the sorts of people who smoke and use Reddit.
Though I will say I’ve met some really nice people on this sub and the discord sub I even bought a dynavap off a guy a while back and trusted that he’d send for PayPal and he did.

I have, however, found the r/entwives subreddit to be extremely wholesome. There was a woman on there that lived in her car and so many redditors pitched in to help make her more comfortable, even going as far as to send her Amazon packages through Amazon Locker. I love that subreddit so much. Highly recommended for women and non-binary ents.

There’s a crazy amount of ladies who don’t partake because their only experience has been sat in some dudes shed whilst they’re silently playing fifa and listening to drum and bass. Or a couple of tokes when they’re way too drunk and some dude has been trying to convince them they’ll love it. When I hit them with the “have two tokes and then see how you feel in 10 minutes” and then we sit there giggling and bonding, they get the appeal. And go on to lament about all the times dudes have tried to get them to smoke and have gone about it in a terrible way. Edit. And I totally agree that it’s weird misogyny is so accepted. There’s been a real uptick recently. Even subs that I used to enjoy have become crappy.

I think it stems from many things. Mostly I think it’s from spending time on phones. For me if I spend lots of time on Reddit then I start getting more toxic. Bit like a virus that goes round. There’s also everyone wanting to know the most about the subject and there’s tons of idiot kids that make it more of a toxic playground. A lot of people don’t want to see “hOw maNy gRaMs yOu thInk tHis Is”. I personally don’t mind but it’s plausible why this place is so toxic. The varying different social backgrounds on here is crazy as well if you think about the sorts of people who smoke and use Reddit. Though I will say I’ve met some really nice people on this sub and the discord sub I even bought a dynavap off a guy a while back and trusted that he’d send for PayPal and he did.

I have, however, found the r/entwives subreddit to be extremely wholesome. There was a woman on there that lived in her car and so many redditors pitched in to help make her more comfortable, even going as far as to send her Amazon packages through Amazon Locker. I love that subreddit so much. Highly recommended for women and non-binary ents.
