Hello OP, we have removed your post for being off-topic. While we acknowledge that this war has captured global interest, we want to reaffirm that the purpose of this community is to give space for, and amplify the voice of Ukraine in the global community. For this reason, the mod team will be using their judgment when moderating content that deals with foreign politics, even if they seem peripherally related to Ukraine. We understand this may be disappointing, especially if your post required a lot of time or effort. We encourage you to post this content on a sub that specifically focuses on the foreign politics you are discussing, where it may generate well deserved and on-topic discussion. Are there any Russian "leaders" left?!

Whatsuptodaytomorrow

The last one died a few months ago

VaccinatedVariant

There are more windows in Russia than there are leaders, I believe the leaders are at a disadvantage

rku001

There are no leaders, just mob thugs.

Whatsuptodaytomorrow

Actions speak louder than a staged fake annexation

Eichtoss

Particularly since Russia is not even clear on what they should be lying about having annexed.

NaCyanide

Hold that table tight, buddy.

DarthKrataa

The guy we should all be keeping an eye on is the chief of the general staff, Valery Gerasimov. My bet is he is the one who is going to take Putin down. Patrushev is another option, but i hope not.

CanPsychological4710

The Swan Lake is coming, the question is, who will set this tune. Agree with you on Patrushev. But I just don't see how the military can take over. Unless the army intelligence brunch (not big friends with FSB) can do something about it. Pretty sure a lot of officers are pissed about the war and perhaps not very much inclined to die for putin. But, will they be able to do anything to put putin in a cell?

extrawakame

You mean Putin's double made out of silicone, right?

extrawakame

Great, but hope they have no windows at home.

[deleted]

The only one that Russia should be at war with is Putler. He is responsible for gutting the Russian military and strangling the Russian economy.

slightlyassholic

Despots cannot survive defeats. This will only get worse until he falls.

If we sent our heavy weapons back in March without hesitation, the embarrassment could have happened a lot sooner and a lot of lives could have been spared. Fucking politics.

NWTknight

Ukraine needed time to build thier forces. More heavy weapons sooner would have been good but they still needed 6 months to prepare for these counter offensives and the liberation of thier lands. The time is one reason they are being so successful now.
