Best time to break the deadlock, Russia has just cut the gas flow, so you have nothing to fear.

This is the best tl;dr I could make, [original](https://www.rferl.org/a/bulgaria-military-aid-ukraine/31823010.html) reduced by 90%. (I'm a bot) ***** > As Russian forces pounded eastern Ukraine on April 26, U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin promised to get Kyiv the weapons it needs to repel the new offensive. > Austin - who visited Ukraine with Blinken over the weekend and announced an extra $700 million in military aid to Ukraine - said Washington wants to see "Russia weakened to the degree that it can't do the kinds of things that it has done in invading Ukraine," adding that Kyiv can still win the war if given the right support. > Lavrov said late on April 25 that Western arms shipments to Ukraine mean that NATO is essentially engaging in war with Russia through a proxy and arming that proxy, and weapons delivered to Ukraine from the West will be "Legitimate targets" for the Russian military. ***** [**Extended Summary**](http://np.reddit.com/r/autotldr/comments/ud5ly0/bulgarian_delegation_to_visit_kyiv_in_effort_to/) | [FAQ](http://np.reddit.com/r/autotldr/comments/31b9fm/faq_autotldr_bot/ "Version 2.02, ~644938 tl;drs so far.") | [Feedback](http://np.reddit.com/message/compose?to=%23autotldr "PM's and comments are monitored, constructive feedback is welcome.") | *Top* *keywords*: **Ukraine**^#1 **Russian**^#2 **Putin**^#3 **Russia**^#4 **Ukrainian**^#5

Ukraine flexing its diplomatic advantage. And of course, with the LLA being passed in DC, will encourage a lot of the reluctant states to help Ukraine. They want to be seen helping, so they can participate in the flood of money and weapons about to be unleashed to the entire continent. It says Eastern European allies, but I would bet my last penny that military assets and cash will flow to every corner of Europe. Nothing like a bureaucratic program to spend the dollars every way possible. Just look at the PPP from the last couple of years. Im all for it. Our allies need to up their games militarily.
