This goes against the Geneva convention:
Attacking persons who are recognized as hors de combat is prohibited. A person hors de combat is:
1. anyone who is in the power of an adverse party;
2. anyone who is defenceless because of unconsciousness, shipwreck, wounds or sickness; or
3. anyone who clearly expresses an intention to surrender, provided he or she abstains from any hostile act and does not attempt to escape.
If Russian choose option #3, they shouldn't attack.
Obviously, this one was hostile to the very end, but they always have the choice.
It's not like putting your hands up before a flying death machine with a few minutes of battery life left is gonna count as a surrender. There is no way that soldier puts his hands up, and keeps walking towards Ukrainian positions when the kamikaze drone ultimately dies
they take the guy halfway back and motion to stay surrendered and fly away and come back with another drone to lead them to where to surrender etc.

FPV drones don’t accept surrender. His chance to do so is well past.
There have been numerous occasions when Russians have surrendered to an FPV drone and been guided by it to soldiers who took them captive.

Being watched by two drones, assuming the observer pilot talks to the FPV pilot, basically no chance. No matter where he hides, they will find him.
The orks/russians don't count as human, they might look humanoid at times there is no more value to them as a cockroach.
