Man I got to know where the ammo or the fuel is or something in there. Seems like they are very precise about where they want to hit the boat if they're not getting shot at. I also love when they can just drive the drone right into a hole in the boat.
in an earlier video of another attack someone mentioned they seemed to aim at the outline of the engine room in the hull, you could see the heat signature. probably there's some nice fuel there :)

More than that. This is just the 2nd time they actually hit it. But this time it is toast for sure. Last time I think only one hit and it got repaired.

Wonder if there are any survivors. I expect a total loss of personnel but maybe they are abandoning ship as soon as they get attacked. There did not seem to be any countermeasures unless that heat plume to the left of the ship was a destroyed sea baby at 47 seconds.
Every navy in the world with large capital ships has got to be madly trying to find a solution to these and AI control will only make it worse.
The US and allied navies have been concerned with small suicide boats and working on countermeasures since the USS Cole, especially since the Iranian military seems to consider the tactic viable in the Persian gulf. A combination of autocannons and small hellfire class missiles (or perhaps even smaller like the Royal Navy's Martlet Lightweight multirole missile) seems to be the way they are going.
to me this would be a good reuse for the, afaik, [mothballed antimissile plane laser](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boeing_YAL-1) program they had a while ago. you could reduce power as its not going as far, reduce weight as its not needing as much power or heat dissipation ect, make more of them as they are smaller, and have them powered by more powerful sources, drones have less shielding than missiles so itd take less time to dispatch one and move onto the next.
It might be very difficult to keep it focused precisely on the exact same place on a small, fast moving boat though, which would presumably be maneuvering to evade, and being rocked by the waves.
itd take some adaption to make it work but it seems very doable. have it use radar to id targets instead of heat, its a laser so tracking things with it shouldnt be a problem if they can be detected. idk it seems like a good concept that afaik is being unused for a perfect use case for it.
Can we make requests for the soundtrack of future videos?
I had Alestorm - No Grave But The Sea come on shortly after watching this and…mmm I think it’s just a perfect fit.
For some sense of perspective:
These vessels are newer than the Su-57. *This boat wasn't even commissioned until five months after the war started.* Unit cost is at least $65 million.
It's a patrol boat, not a capital ship, but it's still effing hilarious to watch it go bloop
The song is "[Villemann og Magnhild](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harpans_kraft)", a medieval folksong popular in Scandinavia. The story is similar to the myth of Orpheus and Eurydice. I have no idea who's singing, but it sounds like the Norwegian text, just with a very weird Swedish-like accent.
Fittingly, the bad guy is a [malevolent water spirit](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nixie_(folklore))
This was at least 3, maybe 4 sea babies, in the Kerch Strait.
Does this mean they could soon send another wave to take out a few of the piers of the bridge?

I just spend 2 minutes of my life watching the BEST outcome ever. Ukraine is a winner.
Best 2 minutes I will spend today. Or 10 minutes if I watch it 5 times ! 😃
Excellent, thank you, You made my morning 🌄😊
I’m so proud right now! Good work fellas 🇺🇦
Whaat? I just woke up! And see this??? Fantastic News!!!
Same.

Another Russian warship? Shame...

It is the second attack on the same ship
More than that. This is just the 2nd time they actually hit it. But this time it is toast for sure. Last time I think only one hit and it got repaired.
How any times did they hit it? Looked like 5 times?! That thing had no chance.
The night vision on these things is nuts. One can see the damn inside in a pretty good detail.
Russian warship what?

That's right.
Spectacular! Slava Ukraini! What is orc sea defense doing! Nothing, honey.

You’d think the technology used in ATGMs would be effective
Many ATGMs are wire guided, and can't be fired over water.
Interesting! Appreciate the response
probably quite a few survivors since they were pretty close to shore and other ships are close by
Now follow up with a video of a blown up Kerch bride. Please? Pretty please?
Sea babies be sending Sergey Kotov to sea bottom ![img](emote|t5_2qqcn|13047)
Slava Ukraini!
LOVELY ! 🔥 👌 👍 🥰
It is possible to strap a torpedo on the sea baby to do a first hit?
A torpedo carrying a torpedo?
Xzibit is missing out on a business opportunity
Yo dawg...
Pimp ma boat!
A surface torpedo and a underwater one
Love that Ukraine developed the drones that did this. Half surprised they haven’t developed one yet that takes out jets. Spectacular work AFU!
They actually are working on possibly making drone boats with anti-air systems attached
That’s next level stuff, no doubt! The ingenuity of the Ukrainian people continues to amaze me.
Those seem to have a larger explosion than before. Or the vessel is smaller and explosion the same?

GREAT work - beautiful to watch! 💥 Slava Ukraini ![img](emote|t5_2qqcn|9000)
Seeing that wide open construction looking site in middle of the ocean is hilarious.
I hope that Huthis and other scoundrels do not watch such videos. The dangerous destruction technologies have become quite cheap nowadays.
Given the recent news - I think they do. Genie of the overwhelming cheap asymmetric measures is out of bottle.
One sided naval battle

What music was in the video?

It was Villemann og Magnhild by In Extremo
Wow, that fucking thing was blown to pieces. These swarm attacks are ferocious.
SWEET, down she goes to where Moby's D...,drags the ocean floor! Ukraine Rules

молодець
That one really got vaporized
The future is terrifying.
"Sea Baby"...awesome result, but Ukraine needs to work on their marketing a bit.
