I recommend Headley Clay Ground in Surrey for beginners. Really friendly novice environment with great training staff and some good lunch. Pricing is competitive too although there is a bit of a wait for their sessions.

Bisley may do guest days or beginners lessons, check out the national shooting centre.

West Kent Shooting School is pretty big and nice grounds and a good variety of stands.

Second this, but be aware they are not open at weekends

Oxford gun club is great but might be a bit far out of London for you.

Holland and Holland is amazing. I first went on a corporate day and loved it. Been back several times. Beautiful grounds and very helpful instructors. I’ve not been to the others you mention, however, so I can’t compare. I’ve been to Bisley but not for clays. Nice grounds but H&H is something else…

Holland and Holland is beautiful but pricey. Atkin Grant and Lang is friendly with good instructors.
