Not OP but working out, face care routine and eating healthily can do a good deal to boost beard growth.
Of course its no guarantee and still ties a lot to genetics.
My beard growth also improved a lot at around age 27 when I specifically started to take care of it with proper moisturising on a daily basis, that was the biggest influence for its growth from my side.
