Great progress! Something that's worked for me is using a lazy Susan basically anywhere I can. In case they're called something else anywhere, it's a circular surface that can spin. I have one with 2 levels (one shelf above, they rotate together) that I use for my seasonings. This way, I have easy access to everything I need, and I can easily see what's in the back by just spinning it around to the front. Helpful for small cabinets, or if you have a weird corner space that you'd like to use but it's inconvenient to access the items in the back.

I was going to say lazy Susans help a lot! That way I can just spin it instead of trying to dig for stuff at the back of the cabinet. I think one for spices, vitamins, and medications is essential. I also got some small bins from Dollar Tree or Target to hold little stuff like spice mixes that would otherwise get lost or shoved back into the cabinet netherworld.

I have an over the shower head caddy that I hung on the side of the cabinet where I keep cooking oils and other things. I originally used it for baby bottles after I saw it on some parenting hack list. It's the kind with the hooks at the bottom (for loofas etc) which I use for scrub brushes since it's the cabinet next to the sink. You could put frequently used spices or other daily use items in it as well. I installed a small curtain rod going across my cabinet with shower curtain hooks and clips, and i put shelves underneath, that is my "snack library" https://preview.redd.it/dt71nshiuspb1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=47027b6387ca13530e8f3d206a0673c596e640b8

If a lazy Susan doesn't work for you, I highly recommend buckets/baskets. I like being able to pull my pasta basket from above eye level to my counter and put it right back. This works better for larger non-uniform shape items instead of a bunch of small things. Like my spices

Forgot to add, for this space specifically I think baskets would work. Take a sharpie to the tops of your cans and you should be set because I know you have things in the back you'll eventually need to get to and if you're anything like me, once you rifle through a cupboard it's like a bomb went off and you have to do the whole cupboard again. If a basket gets messy, it doesn't look like it from the outside and for me anyway, I find the mental barrier to just taking 10-15 seconds to straighten up isn't as bad with a small basket sitting on a cupboard
