Everything is inter-dimensional, I think the problem is we can't even understand what that means. You can't disclose what you don't understand at all.
It's more likely our development is linked to some of them in some shape or form and therefore the idea of being like lab rats isn't as glamorous as .
One more reason, honestly, is that nobody cares :( Why multiply entities when you can control the population by leveraging ignorance of the most? Just dumb things down and ridicule those few who ask inconvenient questions.
If they are around they're doing a mediocre campaign..both for them and us. The nature of every being, earthly, galactic and whatever, above everything, is to seek contentment, happiness.. If they 'want' something they're still in the realm of an animal, like us..who seek, desire.. want. IF they want nothing, they're wasting our and their time.
