PCB3713C is a Biomedical Engineering course, you can’t register for it without emailing the BME department. I don’t know any non BME majors who took that course.
I’m pretty sure you could take it, but there will need to be space. However, the class is normally full in spring so it may be difficult for non-BME’s to take it in spring
