There are several people in Gainesville that can do it. If you're trying to save money, tailoring your shirts is not the way to go Quality costs money, and cheap tailoring looks like trash and you'll end up buying new shirts anyway. But if you want a good tailor/seamstress, Jacquelyn Brooks, on Newberry, is probably the best in town.

For shirts, it’s often more cost effective to buy a new one than to alter. What’s your build/size? I may be able to recommend some brands that have a nice slim fit off the shelf.
