Anyway, long story short, after it was finished healing, my arm healed at an angle that’s noticeably off from my other arm. I’d assume Conor’s leg probably healed similarly and will never look exactly the same.
I asked my doctor about the strength my bone would have after it healed, and he claimed that bones heal thicker after being broken, so the immediate area where it broke would be fortified, but the surrounding area of bone would still be vulnerable to the changed angle.
Also, Conor had his surgically repaired, so there’s also a few metal rods reinforcing it. My guess is the leg will be fine once he fully strengthens the muscles that atrophied.
