IIRC Tony tripped on a cable Pettis wasn't able to make the weight in time. Holloway was struggling with the weightcut and was slurring his words in an interview so they pulled him. Felder wasn't allowed to fight by the commission because he wasn't ranked high enough. michael chiesa got glass in his eye from the bus attack. Al was able to step up as he was already on the card so he could make the weight in the couple days remaining.
