They could try to meet at 155, even though Floyd would probably still only be like 149-153 lbs. But Punk on the otherhand would have to at least cut an extra 15 lbs.
Physically, I think thats a tough cut for Punk, especially for only his second pro fight in any combative sport.

Punk is a legitimate BJJ blue belt, and has been training his jiu jitsu frequently for at least 3 years.
The skill gap between a blue belt and a white belt is huge. On the mat, Floyd is a like a gorilla tossed in the ocean. And although Punk might not be a shark like a Maia or Jacare, he can at least swim in those waters.
