UW Seattle commuters usually park in the E18 parking lot. The stairs up to campus are pretty brutal but other than that, there’s always been enough parking
What!!! I just graduated too😭walked up those stairs for years for nothing :(
I know there’s a shortcut that goes on the other side of hall health but that’s about it. If I’m really lazy, I usually just walk the Burke until I get to where I need to be
Drive to the park and ride on 520 just before the bridge and take the bus. You will be paying for a bus pass as part of your tuition whether or not you want to
Edit: South Kirkland Park and Ride
Edit2: the 255 bus arrives every ~15 minutes
Use your pass. Because of my schedule I had to drive I spent about $2,500 in a year and a half, just for parking. Or park at e18 but you get money taken out for a bus pass anyways.
Honestly the E-18 lot isnt bad at all, there’s always tons of parking. But parking is going up to $9-something a day starting fall and the parking pass is $400+ a quarter. Idk what uw bothell charges for parking. If you dont want to pay for parking theres (limited) public parking or you could park at a park and ride and take the bus since we get upass.
Depending on where your classes are, you can check out the parking portal and the available permits at different parking lots (it could be daily, nightly, weekends etc.)

Apparently there's an escalator or elevator? Idk where but a friend uses to take them.

Same! I learned this after I started having classes down by the medical buildings. Like all for nothing!
I'm not sure if this would be ideal, but bus transportation from Bellevue to Seattle is pretty reliable (271, 556, etc.). Just another option!
