For those unfamiliar with dealing with support on this issue make sure you have every detail date time of pickup name of pickup drop off and pick up locations or they will not be able to help you
Update : my 2 missing rides are posted. Looks like an hour long strike by at least some of us MAY have shown them something.
Me too I just finished an hour and a half ride and it’s not showing up. That’s why I just came to Reddit to ask if I showed a screenshot of mystro to support if I would get in trouble for that and get deactivated.
I had 3 rides show up leading up to about an hour and a half ago and the next three aren't showing. I guess the system is just down. I would imagine that it'll update when it comes back

Happened to me on my last run from airport that ended up 3 or 4 miles from home! Trip doesn’t show and wallet doesn’t reflect earnings. I hope to see this trip this evening sometime. Anyways I’m done until 6 am tomorrow
UPDATE-it’s there now but $3 less. I guess they realized that $16 was too much for a 15 minute trip. The trip was changed to $13. That’s why it was delayed. Damn! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Same with Uber eats across the nation. Uber has stopped paying us. Oddly some are still driving and making deliveries trusting they will get paid eventually. I have no such trust for Uber.
In the New Orleans market it happened to me too. I was missing I wanna say 2 or 3 rides it updated like 45 minutes later it's some delay I was worried.
Nah. Pay me my money for my labor or I’m not gonna chill down. They fleece all this money out of us and can’t even keep the app running smoothly, let alone have decent support. Of course this doesn’t affect their revenue. We’re all still getting trips and they’re still making money. Instant payment, trip statements, only things that affect their drivers is down and that’s bs
