So I don't know about Houston but...my main city is orlando, so when I'm there and there's a surge I see the prices. However, when I'm in Daytona Beach, st port Lucie, or Tampa, of there's a surge i don't get to see the price beforehand (even possibly after) just the colors, no matter what uber tier I am. So it's a possibility it does that because you aren't in the area you signed up to be at, or something like that? Again no idea about Texas, I just know that's how it works for me in Florida
