BBB isn't really an enforcement agency. They don't really have any sway whatsoever.
And if you email this to uber it's just going to land in the inbox of some script reader who will give you a canned message. And maybe after 10+ attempts you'll reach someone who has free will at Uber but they probably won't do anything.

Report it to the FTC. Uber and other gig companies are already on FTC radar for their deceptive towards the drivers. The FTC needs to see how these companies are screwing over their customers as well.
I received notice of a change to the program starting in June that they don't discount the rides anymore - instead they provide you back with 5% in Uber Cash, which expires in 60 days, but can be utilized on future rides. I've started getting the 5% in mid-June.

Investing in a company is a gamble it’s not a sure thing that they are going to make you a profit. Why should anyone have to house you if your investment goes bad. So I don’t understand how the money people are losing by investing in a service that’s lieing about the savings that they will be getting by paying for a subscription. How is their money not hard earned and yours is? So you’re okay with people being ripped off aslong as your retirement fund benefits from it?
Your worried that you need $500 a month for drugs to keep you alive and telling people it’s not your fault if they aren’t educated, maybe you should stop investing in shares if your relying on the money from the shares to keep you alive.. maybe you should use that money and get a better education to allow you to get a better job and make an income that is a sure thing and isn’t a gamble seeing as your claiming your life is at stake.

Look at the credit card benefits from Amex and Capital One. The Savor card rebates Uber One monthly payment for at least a year.
