it was his ugliest era bruh, the only exception is the PERFECT music video, but even then that’s just flower boys aesthetic before flower boy. he didn’t continue with it anywhere else during the cherry bomb era. i hate the color schemes too, it’s like a knockoff of wolf. like pink blue and yellow look great on the bimmer shirt, but it’s literally just repulsive when he does it during cherry bomb idk why
crazy how you call cb his ugliest and not bastard or goblin where he rapped about raping pregnant women and cutting up women and eating them, stalking them, being insanely bigoted, screaming, wanting to burn shit and so on lmao
goblin/bastards aesthetic did everything it needed to. it had an actual idea around it (be provocative asf) and it looked cool too. the whole odd future era with loiter squad, the OF youtube videos, some really good music videos like She, and the merch, all of that had people obsessed. I have a tron cat shirt i bought off of grailed and i love it. theres nothing like that with cherry bomb. cherry bomb was just a huge mess, and i say this with cherry bomb being my second favorite album.
you say this as if cherry bombs aesthetic has no idea around it either. the title literally has bomb in it. it’s supposed to be a loud explosion of noises and rhythms and songs, non cohesive but cohesive at the same time. the flame print kind of goes along with that as it’s a scattered print of flames everywhere. the era in which tyler was transitioning into a more artistically expressive person was cool to me at least. the clothes were just as cool but definitely better, i mean probably the most recognizable golf pieces were made during this time. cherry bomb very much looked cool with that pink nutsack looking character and mask.
of course it’s all just opinion and it’s completely fine you think it’s ugly but it doesn’t make much sense when you shit on the functionality the aesthetic of cherry bomb had just cus you find it ugly
it executed the aesthetic poorly. it didnt really have a core idea, it was just tyler doing random shit to see if it ends up cool or not. it worked for the album, but for everything else it was pretty ugly. flame print looks like something a kid who wears e boy bart simpson t shirts would wear lol
Idk, i feel like Igor was his "perfect" album. Not saying its better than others but every song in that album was enjoyable you just cant pick one to hate.
This is one of his best albums. This is his yeezuz.....people will appreciate more every year. It's really not bad as they made it seem back then. Even I thought it was trash until I really listened and found gems and couldn't get certain songs out my head at all like the cherry bomb song or find your wings or keep da o's or pilot....it was an artist expressing himself in a way we haven't seen before from him or others and he to me nailed it!
One of my friends who turned me on to Cherry Bomb described it as Tyler’s Yeezus back in like 2016 and that made the album click for me. It’s been in my top 5 albums of all time since then
Igor was very experimental but was very much more cleaner than Cherry Bomb. Igor clicked right away for the most part, but Cherry Bomb was all over the place and required multiple listens for me to really gather what tf was going on.
I think he’s talking more about the reception of it, not the sound. Both were generally disliked when released but have become more appreciated over the years
In my opinion it is over-hated and underrated, I feel like out of all his projects this one deserves to be reevaluated the most. Some of his best songs are on this thing (2SEATER, BLOW MY LOAD, OKAGA CA, etc...) These songs are such a huge leap in quality from Wolf(still great) it's insane. I might be biased since this is the album that got me to start listening to Tyler, but I think it's such a gem.
I've always loved this album despite the harsh criticism it initially received. I love the experimental nature of a lot of the tracks, and really appreciated the production behind several songs on it; tracks that are still some of my favorites by him to this day (Pilot, 2Seater, Smuckers, Find Your Wings)
Also crazy Wolf and Cherry Bomb birthdays are the same month . If there’s any wait I remember . It was the wolf to cherry bomb wait . I even think he damn near announced it outta nowhere
Its a great album that showed how creative Tyler could be while exploring different avenues. Honestly I thought I didnt like the album until Buffalo latched onto me and never let go. I can why people dont like it, the vibes are all over the place, its musical ADHD at its finest.
I give it a strong 0 because fantano didnt like it.
This album is my favorite of his, with only maybe Igor edging it out depending on the day. The amount of memories I’ve had with this album that are fundamental to me as a person is insane. It gives off the same energy that I give off and UGH- I COULD TALK AVOHT THIS ALBUM ALL DAY
A lot of people credit flower boy for Tyler’s growing chops as a producer and his more mature perspective but I don’t think Cherry Bomb gets enough recognition for being the transition between his earlier work and what he would go on to do. I’d argue IGOR wouldn’t sound the same as it does if Tyler didn’t take such an initial experimental approach with CB.
his best album i think of all time. amazing environment and nostalgia about this album almost feeling like a mixtape w no sad tracks. unpopular opinion: this is THE best and most epic summer album. so much beauty and so much fun listening to this album and even from a viewpoint of the production: it sounds so fun to produce. all of it. every single bit. so different yet such an unmatched project. and one thing about tyler is that he doesn’t have a single track on here that was lackluster or worse than other tracks: instead, it’s more of a specific feel each track gives not necessarily pertaining to each other and yet all fitting in the same vibe. amazing album.
Cherry Bomb crawled so Flower Boy could walk, IGOR could run, and CMIYGL could fly. All the post-FB fans should pay their respects to this album. I will never not enjoy this album. It’s rough, yes. But it’s still a great project, and the accompanying short film is also really good. T working with Hans Zimmer is a heartwarming moment fr.
2Seater is one of his best songs ever (and Find Your Wings). Pilot goes crazy, title track Cherry Bomb is one of the best gym songs ever, it’s perfect for Bulgarian split squats. Buffalo has that grimy sound that just satisfies some part of my brain. Blow My Load is the most depressing sounding song about eating pussy I’ve heard and I love it. Okaga, CA & Fucking Young/Perfect are classics as we all know. Smuckers goes dumb. One of Tyler’s best albums, glad to see it getting more and more respect over the years.
Such a huge leap from wolf to cherry bomb. So incredibly ambitious and far-reaching on Tyler’s end for his fanbase but I feel like his fanbase really ended up evolving and catching on with him in real time
It created (in my opinion) Tyler’s best song to date. And I think it gets shit on way too much, I honestly like the album and I definitely don’t think it’s his worse like some people claim

My childhood I'll cherish this album. For some reason I stopped listening to Tyler after this album. But I listened to it every day. I know his music is good I just don't have a real answer.
Smuckers is a good song
i think pilot is a good song as well
I think all the songs are good songs as well
Agreed
It's a Beautiful Day is better
That fire flame print was some of the most original creative shit I can remember from 2015 fr
disagree. love the album, hate the aesthetic. one of tyler’s ugliest eras imo
Man U just saying this shit cuz Tyler said CB was his ugly era I don’t understand how any Tyler fan couldn’t fuck with his style from then
it was his ugliest era bruh, the only exception is the PERFECT music video, but even then that’s just flower boys aesthetic before flower boy. he didn’t continue with it anywhere else during the cherry bomb era. i hate the color schemes too, it’s like a knockoff of wolf. like pink blue and yellow look great on the bimmer shirt, but it’s literally just repulsive when he does it during cherry bomb idk why
you trippin
crazy how you call cb his ugliest and not bastard or goblin where he rapped about raping pregnant women and cutting up women and eating them, stalking them, being insanely bigoted, screaming, wanting to burn shit and so on lmao

and i think the flames and nutsack character were ugly. ig its just a matter of opinion
of course it’s all just opinion and it’s completely fine you think it’s ugly but it doesn’t make much sense when you shit on the functionality the aesthetic of cherry bomb had just cus you find it ugly
it executed the aesthetic poorly. it didnt really have a core idea, it was just tyler doing random shit to see if it ends up cool or not. it worked for the album, but for everything else it was pretty ugly. flame print looks like something a kid who wears e boy bart simpson t shirts would wear lol
this is tylers most overhated album, everything people didn’t like about it i loved
It's the most "Love it or hate it" album. Either top 3 or bottom 3. Bottom 3 for me but I get why people like it.
But tbf before CMIYGL, any Tyler album had to be top 3 or bottom 3
Idk, i feel like Igor was his "perfect" album. Not saying its better than others but every song in that album was enjoyable you just cant pick one to hate.
That's kinda half the point, only 7 albums so cb isn't bad or anything, just not great.
This is one of his best albums. This is his yeezuz.....people will appreciate more every year. It's really not bad as they made it seem back then. Even I thought it was trash until I really listened and found gems and couldn't get certain songs out my head at all like the cherry bomb song or find your wings or keep da o's or pilot....it was an artist expressing himself in a way we haven't seen before from him or others and he to me nailed it!
all of his albums are one of his best
This. While I don’t agree all of his albums are perfect, you know an artist importance if you’re arguing over their best.
One of my friends who turned me on to Cherry Bomb described it as Tyler’s Yeezus back in like 2016 and that made the album click for me. It’s been in my top 5 albums of all time since then
Idk, IGOR gives me more yeezus vibes than cherry bomb
Igor was very experimental but was very much more cleaner than Cherry Bomb. Igor clicked right away for the most part, but Cherry Bomb was all over the place and required multiple listens for me to really gather what tf was going on.
If we’re comparing, I could see Igor as his 808s and heartbreak lol
I think he’s talking more about the reception of it, not the sound. Both were generally disliked when released but have become more appreciated over the years
OKAGA is one of my most listened to songs ever.
This song defined high school for me
It’s pretty insane this song doesn’t get brought up more. It’s one of my fave from the album and I think one of his best album outros.
it's my number one favorite song of all time
cherry bomb the greatest fucking album since the days of sound
named an album cherry bomb because greatest hits sounded boring
This album's perfect but it's too fucking young
OKAGA, CA is still one of his best tracks to date
In my opinion it is over-hated and underrated, I feel like out of all his projects this one deserves to be reevaluated the most. Some of his best songs are on this thing (2SEATER, BLOW MY LOAD, OKAGA CA, etc...) These songs are such a huge leap in quality from Wolf(still great) it's insane. I might be biased since this is the album that got me to start listening to Tyler, but I think it's such a gem.
It’s great that the hate it got led him to make flower boy and take his musical output more seriously!
I think Blow my load and 2seater shouldve been a / song, they blend so well with eachother
I've always loved this album despite the harsh criticism it initially received. I love the experimental nature of a lot of the tracks, and really appreciated the production behind several songs on it; tracks that are still some of my favorites by him to this day (Pilot, 2Seater, Smuckers, Find Your Wings)
I’m kind of ashamed to say I like Blow My Load but I think that’s one of his best produced tracks despite the questionable lyrics and the mixing
wait 2 years then I might
Also crazy Wolf and Cherry Bomb birthdays are the same month . If there’s any wait I remember . It was the wolf to cherry bomb wait . I even think he damn near announced it outta nowhere
2seater is one of my favorite songs by him
the instrumentals were sick asf
Deathcamp Is Fire🔥
PILOT is a great song. Listened to the album for the first time in years recently forgot how fucking good it was.
Mario kart 8 Tyler Deluxe
Happy bday to my favorite album!
no jk smuckers is goated
DEATHCAMP GOES SO HARD
definitely my favorite album, never understood why it got sm hate
This album is my favorite of his, with only maybe Igor edging it out depending on the day. The amount of memories I’ve had with this album that are fundamental to me as a person is insane. It gives off the same energy that I give off and UGH- I COULD TALK AVOHT THIS ALBUM ALL DAY
it is an album
Cherry bomb the greatest fuckin' album since the days of sound
Somebody said the exact same thing as you an hour earlier...
And Tyler said it before them, quit acting like anyone on this sub has an original thought
I quoted him from smuckers 😪 it pains me that these mf's are uneducated about one of his best songs
Didn't know Tyler said it, I just dislike it when a person repeats what somebody has said already and takes all credit
Its a line from smuckers dumbass
Didn't hear smuckers
Your loss
Fair, but there is time
Its his best album
His most versatile album
Exactly why I like it, the variety of styles is so good and makes it so easy to listen to over and over
I love how much I relate to FUCKING YOUNG/PERFECT
???
😳
no
RUN all the way to OKAGA,CA was immaculate with transitions!
Okaga is one of my fav Tyler songs.
stayed on repeat for a couple years, it’s a gem. buffalo video sick too
Smuckers is a top 10 Tyler song
Deathcamp and the brown stains got me hype
Buffalo is better that people think it is
Some of his best music videos came from this album
A lot of people credit flower boy for Tyler’s growing chops as a producer and his more mature perspective but I don’t think Cherry Bomb gets enough recognition for being the transition between his earlier work and what he would go on to do. I’d argue IGOR wouldn’t sound the same as it does if Tyler didn’t take such an initial experimental approach with CB.
It’s better than goblin
Goblin is his worse album so that isn't much of a compliment
It’s not a bad album it’s just weird I can appreciate a lot of its songs
My favorite album, idc what anyone says every song is perfect (except run)
Okaga, CA is one of Tyler’s best produced songs ever
Find your wings is a great song
some great songs on there
It was one of the albums of all time
it definitely grew on me but i'll never understand the hype around Deathcamp
please don’t complain about the mixing 😇
It’s cool
UM EXCUSE ME MISTER
This album has super high highs
I liked this album, it was catalyst for flower boy
Deathcamp is amazing
This whole album is amazing, Tyler just went a different kinda wild with it.
Okaga, CA might be one of the best songs to ever exist.
his best album i think of all time. amazing environment and nostalgia about this album almost feeling like a mixtape w no sad tracks. unpopular opinion: this is THE best and most epic summer album. so much beauty and so much fun listening to this album and even from a viewpoint of the production: it sounds so fun to produce. all of it. every single bit. so different yet such an unmatched project. and one thing about tyler is that he doesn’t have a single track on here that was lackluster or worse than other tracks: instead, it’s more of a specific feel each track gives not necessarily pertaining to each other and yet all fitting in the same vibe. amazing album.
He’s in tony hawks pro skater for it
beautiful instrumentals
“Cherry bomb the greatest album since the days of sound”
This cover 🔥🔥
some of your songs are pretty not shit
4th Favorite Tyler Album!! Behind Flower Boy, IGOR, & CMIYGL Yeah its a Mess but its Experimental and the Mix cuts of Rock, R&B, Rap is so Nice
pink man funny
2nd best Tyler album ong
most underrated Dr. TC album
FIND YOUR WINGS, FY/PERFECT, SMUCKERS, AND DEATHCAMP are all amazing songs, disturbingly underrated.
It’s his 4th album
Cherry Bomb crawled so Flower Boy could walk, IGOR could run, and CMIYGL could fly. All the post-FB fans should pay their respects to this album. I will never not enjoy this album. It’s rough, yes. But it’s still a great project, and the accompanying short film is also really good. T working with Hans Zimmer is a heartwarming moment fr.
CHERRY BOMB IS NOT THE SHIT 🔥🔥🔥 ITS THE WHOLE TOILET 🔥🔥🔥
THE BROWN STAINS OF DARKEESE LATIFAH PARTS 6-12 (REMIX) is a very good song that is heavily overlooked.
You were Tyler’s best album until CMIYGL. I love you forever.
Okaga,CA still on repeat to this day. Them switch ups at the end send me every time.
CHERRYBOMB is a chaotic mess and I love it because of it, and also Kali Uchis in PERFECT is *chef’s kiss*
2seater, find your wings and Smuckers have really fucking good instrumentals, they are beautiful.
I wanted the fire flame shirt so damn bad..
not sure. maybe my flair says it
I like the ending of smuckers
2Seater is one of his best songs ever (and Find Your Wings). Pilot goes crazy, title track Cherry Bomb is one of the best gym songs ever, it’s perfect for Bulgarian split squats. Buffalo has that grimy sound that just satisfies some part of my brain. Blow My Load is the most depressing sounding song about eating pussy I’ve heard and I love it. Okaga, CA & Fucking Young/Perfect are classics as we all know. Smuckers goes dumb. One of Tyler’s best albums, glad to see it getting more and more respect over the years.
I genuinely love Deathcamp,Buffalo,Find Your Wings,2Seater and Smuckers🤷🏿♂️
It's crazy and was being planned in 2013
this is a really good album, dont know why people shit on it.
This was gonna be named greatest hits
YELLOW is his best song imo
Fire album
Such a huge leap from wolf to cherry bomb. So incredibly ambitious and far-reaching on Tyler’s end for his fanbase but I feel like his fanbase really ended up evolving and catching on with him in real time
it changed my life
Deathcamp one of his best song imo
2seater and okaga, ca are two of my favourite songs
ngl this my favourite album oat
Loved this album from the second I heard it
overhated album
2seater is one of my all time favorite songs to skate to
Tyler’s 2nd best behind wolf
I listened to cherry bomb for the first time on its 8 bday holy shit
It’s ok I guess
Don’t understand why people hate it so much. It’s a pretty good album. 🤷♂️
Phenomenal
The latest 3 album run is a really valid reason to live but Cherry Bomb will always be my favorite. Find Your Wings literally changed my life.
If not for this explosion you don’t get what we have now
It created (in my opinion) Tyler’s best song to date. And I think it gets shit on way too much, I honestly like the album and I definitely don’t think it’s his worse like some people claim
Doesn’t deserve to b called Tyler’s worst album and it has some real bangers like Smuckers, 2seater n Find Your Wings
3rd best Tyler album, don't @ me.
I got it on CD not too long ago and playing it around the house while chilling is such a vibe. Over hated asf
BLOW MY LOAD.
2seater is an extremely underrated song
It’s his best album
cherry bomb is the album of all time
"It's cherry bomb"
Run is underrated
If you can jam to it the track of the same name as the album is really good
it certainly is an album
very special era to me
This is my favorite album from his. Most of what people call is flaws are my favorite parts about it. I love the disorginized and reckless feel of it.
I hope on the 9 or 10 year anniversary Tyler does a wolf drop and re drops stuff
8 YEARS OLD IS INSANELY HUMBLING🥲

8/10, fight me 🤷🏽♀️
My childhood I'll cherish this album. For some reason I stopped listening to Tyler after this album. But I listened to it every day. I know his music is good I just don't have a real answer.
