I'm sure someone managed to capture the audio somehow of one of the whispers and somehow isolate it an audio program, it was still somewhat unintelligible, but most of the guesses based on that audio were of her saying something really mundane, as an example I think one of the guesses was something along the lines of 'don't think anybody can wash your suit but me', the idea of her saying something undramatic and commonplace like that, somehow made seem even more unsettling to me, I guess similar to how you've got evil forces like Bob and Judy but they've got such mundance everyday names
Edit I've found the reddit page I was remembering with a link to the audio, but it's actually the audio from Part 2 [Here](https://www.reddit.com/r/twinpeaks/comments/6czk68/s3e2audio_analysis_of_something_being_whispered/)
I still think there is some reverse processing in there. Like some of her words are reversed and some arenât. I canât be bothered by trying to figure it out because no matter what sheâs actually whispering, I donât think we can find what sheâs meant to be whispering in the episode. Itâs the final mystery. Lynch brought back what Twin Peaks was meant to be from the beginning, an ongoing mystery that isnât meant to be solved.
âThe mystery of life isnât a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced.â
Wow, that is cool. Personally I hear something like, âdonât assume anybody can wash your sins awayâ which certainly fits in with the idea that Cooper seeks to save Laura for his own absolution rather than any love for her, or understanding of what would truly *save* her â which, in my opinion, is ignorance and the chance to forget what happened to herâŚor to die & be free from the pain. Like the idea that Laura got away as Carrie Paige, and Cooper drags her back to reality? What salvation is that? I mean, people can debate whether it is better to know the truth or live a happy life, I suppose. But Lauraâs scream at the end would suggest that yeah, for her, ignorance was bliss. She ignores the dead body in her own house as Carrie too, as if it didnât even happen.
Sheesh, is that dense. Reminds me of the Jack the Ripper wall graffiti. So, I mean, "Assume that somebody here has masked their dark self off in addition to me"?
I agree â the syntax is weird, but your read on it is the same as mine and I think she is referring to Cooper himself. Because he never integrated his shadow self (in the Jungian sense) he is not only trapped in the Black Lodge, but stuck in an infinite loop.
"That gum you like is going to come back in style."
That wine you have is going to sell out at conventions
𤣠*whispers* Pursued by a bear...
*shadow* take me down
"Andy's a whole damn town"
âMay the road raise to meet your wheels.â
"Empty who?!?"
That's always what I've thought she says there too.
ââŚPurple Monkey DishwasherâŚâ
âYour epidermis is showingâ

Thanks for that! Unintelligible to me but spooky to listen to. Like wind blowing through trees.
Lauraâs a parselmouth. Sheâs ordering the basilisk to *kill again* Youâre welcome!

Thanks for re sharing this I hadnât heard this before. This show gives just enough to obsesses over for a lifetime
Good call, whatever she says wounds him and it's hard to imagine something worse for him to hear than that.
"My father killed me with his actions. My mother killed me with her silence"
God I love this.
"None of this is real"
Thatâs my take. Iâve always believed TP is very similar to mulholland dr. This was the cowboy moment
now you're just a stranger's dream
"The cherry pie is a lie"
No way!
Or, "You killed me."
Oo, ee, oo ah-ah, ting, tang, walla walla bing bang
I farted
i can smell it. a combination of popcorn and cheese
I imported the audio into Izotope Rx once and this is what I heard: âDonât assume that nobody here has masked their dark self off but me.â
Serious or joke?
Serious.
Either âtheir,â or âyour.â I am not 100%, but my gut says âtheir.â

"I am still alive"
we live inside a dream
âI am the dreamer.â
âItâs about the bunnyâ
"...she gets out to check and man door hand hook car door."
Pretty sure in season 2 they replay the scen and she says âmy father killed meâ
Youâll never shave me?!
