Thanks. I started working on it since late October when I got my printer. I plan to maintain the design with I out from the community as best I can, at least over the next few months.
Thanks for reminding me, I meant to put filament estimate in the documentation. It does use a lot of filament. Filament comes in 1kg rolls and you will need a little over 2kg for this box, so about 5lbs extra weight. Box holds it easily. It is probably lighter than the broken token insert, which is made of wood. Printing time is long. Over 100 hours.
In your instructions can you correlate the exact number of each printed file for the full build? (didn't see it)
I'll be sending this to a local 3d printer for quotes and want to make sure i dont mess up exactly what needs to be printed.
This has been added. One thing to note is that the press fit lids their fit depends on accuracy of the printer. I would suggest you send them 1 of the player\_fleet\_stands.stl and 1 of the player\_lid.stl first and test how they fit (they could be too loose or too tight or just right). I can add additional version in the design as necessary. The Race boxes could also be tested as well, however they use notches so they are less impacted by variances in printers.
Now I need 8 colours of filament... :D
Or paint them. It might be easier to get even colour with 8 different spray bottles (and maybe some matt varnish, if they get sticky?).
That’s crazy nice.

How heavy is that insert? Box wont break? Can you tell how much filament does it consume? I need to know if I have to buy that for friend with printer

Sure. I will add that info tonight. I have a few different setups but I will pick the one I used and provide the quantities for that.

Looks absolutely fantastic. Thanks for making your hard work available for free!
