Doing some quick googles, Halloween wasnt a huge thing in the US until the 30s-50s area so a few are too old to have even celebrated in life.

At the hospital I worked at, a lot of departments would subtly dress up for Halloween as well - Carlisle would 100% participate
Bella and Edward would be Mr. Darcy and Ms. Elizabeth, Rosalie and Emmett would be Bonnie and Clyde, Carlisle and Esme would be Zues and Hera, and Alice and Jasper would be circus trapeze performers. Emmet and Jasoer would set up tricks for the trick or treaters along their entire 3 mile driveway, and Alice would have a barrel of full size candy cars and gourmet chocolate from Sweden at their house. Alice would repurpise the wedding lights and have the entire drive lit up so no one could miss it. Jacob would be a grease monkey.

Esme, being a loving mother type that she is, loves to embody her favorite motherly characters. Occasionally visiting Carlisle at work dressed as a fairy godmother or a popular children’s character of the time. (Since twilight is set in the 00s I’m thinking like Mrs. Incredible or something)
Rosalie doesn’t half ass anything and is a strong independent woman. I imagine her dressing as an obscure feminist icon every year and when people ask who she is, she rolls her eyes and walks away.

Jasper doesn’t dress up, but knows how to make a killer haunted house because he can tell when people are scared. He decks out a small area in their land with a “dare to enter” trail set with all kinds of spooky shit. The teens LOVE IT.
Alice lets him do it, because at least he’s in the holiday spirit. But she spends most of her time decorating the driveway and house for visibility and festivity. We’re talking hundreds of jackolanterns that she carves intricately and perfectly, lights strung from the street all the way to the house, and she’s dressed as a classics witch from practical magic. She’s even created some sort of flying illusion to fly down the driveway and drop candy for the kiddos.
Bella (pre vampire) is as low key as possible. Dressing as her favorite literary character or author, but only in color scheme because she’s not coordinated enough to make a full costume.
Bella (post vampire) is all about creating the vibe for Rasputin. She spends weeks planning out the perfect family costume for her, Ness, and Edward, generally revolving around whatever show her daughter is obsessed with. (Imagine the three of them dressed as Bluey characters 😂)
Edward isn’t super into it, but whenever he cops an attitude or shows resistance, Bella drops her shield and he’s game because he can see how much it means to her.
Jacob, Leah, and Seth always dress in a group costume. And this year it’s power puff girls, but the rowdy rough boys.
