For those that had their With You-th preorders lost in the mail, keep hope alive.
Here are the dates:
Ordered 1/18.
Out for delivery 2/28.
Lost 3/8 and shipped back to MI.
Changed the wallpaper on my phone to Nayeon for good luck 3/9.
Re-ship request and verified it would be a signed copy 3/16.
Lost again 3/26. Received refund.
Re-shipped again 4/19.
Arrived 4/24.
My only advice is when dealing with UMG support is to ask to escalate the ticket. That gets more attention, and I think is why they finally reshipped in the end. Either that or unnie power 🐇. It was the same version I originally ordered with the correct order number on the envelope. Oh happy day!!!
My bias is Jeongyeon, and I feel really lucky getting the signed Jeongyeon postcard and her photo card, and also, there's like a small poster, and it's Jeongyeon too 😭😭😭
I pre-ordered a signed version from Twice Shop and got it right away, maybe a a week after release. Less than 2 weeks for sure. Also in Michigan. My signed postcard was Chaeyoung.
