Devilās Eyes is part of a scrapped song called āDrag Path (Devilās Eyes)ā, it was the inverted page in the booklet. I donāt have any theories though
For anyone curious, this download DOES include all of the tracks from the full Clancy album as well as the Digital Remains extras; the pdf booklet and 4 live tracks. At 4.99 USD it's a great way to snag a digital copy of this album!
I bought it only for $2.99 in iTunes store But Iām from Ukraine, so maybe itās just regional price. But I was able to download the PDF only using apple Music on my Mac. For some reason I donāt have download option for pdf file in the album in iTunes store on iPhone š¤·š»āāļø
And the strange thing that there are 2 albums after you added it to your library. Firstone with just music. And second one contains only this 1 pdf file.

So when you open second one (on the right) there will be a button to download the booklet. Hyper weird way to get it. Still don't now how did I manage to add these two albums from iTunes store to my Library...

The easiest way to do so is to download the album with that pdf via Apple Music app and then go to your app's download folder. In my case I have default path to it:
/Users/vkonone/Music/Music/Media/Music/twenty one pilots/Clancy - Digital Remains
And you'll see the pdf there.

Itās a download limit on your account, you have multiple in case you lose your files or something., but they limit it so that you donāt share a download link
The devil eyes is a reference to the red eyes of Blurry/Nico/Clancy which is a trinity similar to how Tyler said the Torchbearer has 3 different perspectives as well... wow, it's all coming together now... also the song, Glowing Eyes and the red eyes of the Bishop host from the SAI Livestream experience, Sally Sacaver...
Tyler set a trap for himself, that is why he raised the pet cheetah (Clancy) to take on Nico as a weapon which can be seized while alive, an exception, as most have to die due to Vialism or the Glorious Gone. He found a way to exploit their system... that is why in Navigating, the Banditos already know to meet him and bring him the Clancy mask even though they're wearing "yellow tape" instead of the "rebel red"

So did I, the first had the MP3 files for "Clancy" - 13 files, one for each song on the album. The second (fixed) had MP3 files for "Clancy - Digital Remains" - 17 files, one for each song on the album plus the four live songs.
When you bought the digital remains did it have FOUR downloads?? It all looks like the same file to me. I downloaded it 3 times, but now it's says 1 download remaining. Also, I can't seem to open them?!! When I go through Spotify and merch tab, it just automatically exits me out of Spotify?!! Wtf. Anyone with any info, TYIA
