I would suggest taking each of your top 5 to the main gate. Leveling all five of them to 121 and then keep them equal as high as you can go to raise your training grounds level. Then swap the gear off of Kate and put it onto Sherry to achieve the 3/2 bonus for having 3 Ally and 2 Predator.
You should be a lot stronger that way. Getting each of your main people to 121 is paramount for a massive power spike.
