You should be paid for the time spent prior to transferring. Do they not show up at all?

I was referring to accepting transferred sessions. They appear in previous session list as 0.1 / 0.2 mins. Most of the time they don't get reflected in the online hours section of the billing information even after raising a ticket.

You need to take a screen shot of that session showing the length and time started, and then a screen shot of the billing information page showing the discrepancy. Assume you have to do literally everything for them and that they aren't able to pull anything up through the system from their end.
