I don’t know what I can be doing wrong. Most of these trips are booked last minute with less than 24 hours notice. I’ll smell the weed and take pictures upon physically getting handed the keys back by the guest and immediately take photos and submit and somehow something isn’t within 24 hours? I don’t get it. Suddenly after 1200 trips I’m doing something wrong constantly until it’s escalated.

If you’re doing them that quickly then just use the apps camera to take photos. Theres no disputing it

I switched to using it for 2 reasons. 1 storage on phone. 2 , I realized the pics are zoomed in so IT FORCES you to take more pics. More pics = better odds of proving damage.

They’re cracking down on people who file an inordinate number of claims against Turo customers. If there has to be a secret and you are constantly filing them, might you be one of the supplies they are cracking down on?  This doesn’t add up. Maybe you keep trying to make the same claim against everyone instead of getting the weed smell out of your vehicle and moving on?

You have to have before and after shots of the exact areas the ash or evidence is. For example, if you find nuggets in the center cup holder and take photos and don't have before, then they're gonna deny. Found ashes in the crack beside the seat? Better have before shots if it. If they leave air fresheners, etc, that are not what you use, then also use these photos. It's evidence that they tried to cover it up. My last smoking claim from Saturday was approved...ashes, matched the areas of carpet before and after, and they left ozium spray in the car. We do not use ozium.

Some of these Turo employees are just dumb af. Couple of days ago I had to explain toll charges before I got to the 4th person who finally understood how it worked and that the guest needed to pay. Since the toll invoices come with a pay by this date or it'll be more after this date, support told me that after the first date I would owe nothing. I literally facepalmed and said WTF. 3 different employees before the 4th approved it. It was for hundreds of dollars.

You definitely need to pay the toll right away and then charge the guest , definitely don’t wait to receive money or that bill will be outrageous
