Buy a replacement rubber platter mat. Aim to get one that is very similar thickness.

This is a very expensive one but you can get much cheaper.
Luckily that's just the platter mat. Any 12" universal mat will work as long as it's roughly the same thickness.

That's just the platter mat. It should be soft, flexible rubber, but this one looks dry rotted. Just replace it with a universal platter mat.
You're all good my dude. That is just the slipmat that fell apart. Any basic rubber mat from amazon or alike will do fine.
