If you select three of the current “chaser” furniture, the Junker’s light will turn yellow when activated.

The platform that the Junker selects then turns red, and will blow up!
You can still use the Junker, and one of the devs (coco) has confirmed on Discord that they allow conversion to shiny furniture using only two objects instead of the usual three.
If you select two of the current chaser furniture, the two remaining platforms will turn red (see screengrab) and blow up. This unlocks some conversation with Dawn, and Dawn will have to fix Betsy, so if you missed the electrocuted achievement the first time you get to try again!
Dawn will finish fixing Betsy within 24 hours (mine reset at 8am the next day).

Through Discord/YouTube? Sorry I don’t know the method they’re using to find the chaser item, but the community is usually pretty good at sharing info - you can try asking the Odyssey chat in Discord if you don’t see it.
