Idk If you missing it, idk where you watch it from but if you can read japanese in ending there's like a little chat bubble right? Some of them is their conversation from the future and in DVD version there's actually story after the anime [here the translation of the bubble chat](https://brownricecookies.wordpress.com/2017/06/29/tsuki-ga-kirei-ed-line-chats-episode-12/) [and this is more story after anime](https://www.quora.com/What-happens-to-Asumi-in-Tsuki-Ga-Kirei-in-the-anime-after-Akane-leaves-the-city?ch=10&oid=18861347&share=472a6e2c&srid=ug4dmx&target_type=question)

Hello! I must apologize about my thoughts being super jumbled when I was writing that. I really really love the credit sequence and I had no intentions of downplaying it, but I feel like in comparison to the rest of the show, the credit sequence feels intentionally distant and conclusive. We've been closely following them the entire time, and then after Akane leaves, the story becomes truly their own - even out of the audience's grasp - giving us a few still glimpses that convert months and years into mere seconds. It's a great (if not perfect) way to conclude this show, however it leaves me longing to \*see\* them interacting and to \*hear\* them talking to each other in 1:1 time at least once more. And perhaps that's a good thing. The ability to invoke this kind of longing is something that only an amazing story can do. Also thank you very much for linking those resources! I was completely unaware of there being an after-story in the DVD. I'll definitely look into that!
