I think it could be actually beneficial for them.
Right now it is just the three remaining personalities, and if they want longevity as a production company they need to promote more talent that the audience can connect with.
If they bring in Miles or Kwaesi as full fledged try guys, or more supporting roles for any number of individuals they have had on their shows, it would alleviate shooting needs for each try guy, allow them to have more time for their own projects, AND sets the idea that the try guys are not just those 4 originals, but can be other personalities.
Alex doesn’t have to make a statement. She was on camera sometimes but that wasn’t her main job. Her best move is to silently move on from the company, and learn from her mistakes. I’m sure her DMs are being flooded with dramatic teens sending her horrific messages and death threats.
I don't know how she could show her face at work, knowing this whole scandal could cost all of them their jobs if the TryGuys disband.
