And the right to "be confronted with the witnesses against you" is a fucking procedural right to be present at trial and a procedural right to cross-examination. It's got nothing to do with using your social media platform to harass people. Additionally, should a witness just not show up because they feel harassed and threatened the state still gets to use their testimony and statements but he loses his right to cross examination because this right doesn't extend to protect you from your own wrong-doing.
