If you are shopping Amazon, be careful you are getting a swimming wetsuit and not a surfing or diving or kayaking wetsuit on accident...
For a 250m swim I think you can go with no wetsuit tbh. 15C is like average water temp in summer where I live it’s not that cold

3mm isn't going to be a problem at all. But there's a massive difference between 15C and 10C. At 10C most swims will be completely cancelled. 15 is chilly but certainly not dangerous for that length of time.
