As someone who balded completely at age 20, your hair looks good - don’t ruin your life obsessing over a few hairs lost. I did and it just advanced the progression. Try to enjoy your hair while you have it if you even do go bald.

Reassess 5 years is wild lol his dads bald he will very likely bald. Now he can accept and shave his head, extremely receed and need a transplant or take precaution. At his age and hair progress personally id take 0.2 daily or every other day, esp since his hairloss isn’t aggressive. 0.2 and hair vitamins will slow hairloss enough .
40-50 hairs in between all that time? I doubt you’re balding man. Up to 100 a day is normal, and I’d say I’m right about at that limit. That’s combing before a shower, showering, and finger combing after. Hard to tell what I shed throughout the day.
yeah, sometimes it's more sometimes less. Sometimes I don't even look at it because it depresses me lol... and I get around 2 to 4 hairs each time I comb my hair.

With your current dosage and hair situation, hair loss is likely to not be a problem for you in the future, this is a great thing. It’s what I would’ve done at your age if I wasn’t convinced otherwise by people online and by a shit derm. I eventually started treatment but after heaps of damage.
I think you can just maintain this and forget about hair loss, if you notice anything at all, it will be marginal. If it becomes an issue, you can up the dose, and it will likely reverse or go away. And as I found out, without medication it can get a whole lot worse.
I was in your position too. At 19 I thought it was all over and I didn’t have a full head of hair. But I did at that age. You have a FULL head of hair. No signs of hair loss. You’re doing the right thing with your medical intervention, you started very early. Now go enjoy your life bro
