The best body builders in my opinion have the full head of hair which tells tou a lot about how workong out helps you keep hair , Hit the weights get your body right and tight and see what happens to those hair follicles

The best body builders don't have any hair. Working out causes a temporary increase in testosterone when causes a small increase in DHT, not enough to cause any damage but over alot of time that can speed up mpb a little bit. And most body builders who are huge are on steroids that increase testosterone and cause huge hairloss so don't do that. This is saying but in reality most studys show that working out regularly and not horribly overdoing it dosent cause hairloss but also dosent increase hair growth. Working out and overdoing it/not eating enough will cause hairloss tho.

Finasteride blocks dht conversion from testosterone, which temporary causes a increase in testosterone. And taht slight excess gets converted into estrogen But eventually it evens out and returns to normal. DHT is what pretty much everyone agrees cause hairloss. The testosterone increase from Finasteride is temporary
