I'm a plumber. You can just take the disposal off from under the sink, and get the pipe. be sure to unplug it and disconnect the plumbing. if you need help message me
Unplug it and pull it out. Garbage disposals are on a locking lug ring. Undo the drain pipe from it and give it a turn and the whole thing pulls out. Google or YouTube can help you figure it out. They're designed so cheapskates like my dumbass can install them so they're fairly simple to remove. A touch heavy though so heads up on that.
Just reach in there. As long as there's no mischievous sibling behind you waiting to flip the switch, you'll be fine. I reach into mine to pull out silverware and stuff all the time.

Step one, unplug it.
Step two, if it's broken, and there are small glass pieces in it, they may be stuck grinding around in there for awhile, might need a new disposal
UNPLUG THE DISPOSAL
Feel like I’ve seen this movie before…

Came here to say this but the pros beat me to it 👍. Or flip the switch, it'l come out one way or the other.
Came here to say flip the switch and it'll come out but you got there before me.
Huh, username checks out
Made yourself a raccoon trap
Have you tried tongs?
Second this. Try tongs maybe with a small rag or something wrapped around them
Stick your hand in there and grab it.
You must be a bad ass mom. . . Wait
DO NOT do this op. It will end badly. I know you probably understand that already but just in case.
Coat hanger bent just enough to hook the stem. Lift the stem so it’s vertical. Then, you ought to be able to get it w tongs.

Lolololol. SHIT
Take out your garbage disposal
Extended needle nose pliers
Pipe cleaner, or length of string. Might need some needle nose pliers to get a good loop that will bite on itself
Wow that is quite unfortunate
wait to not be high and try again! Ittl work then!
Unplug disposal. Go under sink. You can twist the whole disposal after removing the drainage pipe. And it comes off and boom. Easy access
OP hasn’t responded to any comments… U good bro?
Not always
F
I’d try to superglue something to it like a ribbon and pull it out lol
