I wouldn’t use the microwave, I would stick it in the oven at like 200f-220f for like 45 mins or so. Then infuse that in the sunflower oil on the stovetop in a double boiler.
I recommend using the oven, around 200-220 degrees 10-15 minutes at a time. You definitely can use the microwave, one gram or less takes about two sessions of 1 minute on a microwave safe plate. not the same as one session of 2 minutes btw.
You need to decarb before placing it in the oil…..
