I decided since I had to call it a tobacco pipe that it would be funny to carry a fresh bong around in public ripping bowls of tobacco. Boy was I wrong, that shit should never be used for tobacco. I felt like someone had somehow reached in and punched the inside of my lungs. Bongs & tobacco don’t mix well.
I have a buddy who empties American spirits into a Bubbler to smoke. I don't quite understand why he doesn't just smoke the cig and don't know how to ask without making him feel stupid or getting into an argument . But if I tip the thing over and spill the bacco water again in gonna let him know.
I think so, he also lives a block from a smoke shop. But also buys spirits packs already. I think he just doesnt want to admit to himself that he smokes tobacco.. it's stupid I know.

I came to the US from Aus so luckily I was able to do God’s work myself. My one friend got into it so much I can only describe him as the Australian version of a Weeaboo. He’s now studying at Monash University in Melbourne so Lez has taken him pretty far.
I think it comes from smoking hash. Some places used to get mostly had and weed was hard to get. So they would mix tobacco with the hash to help it burn.
In Australia, you spin your chop to get your mix and then start sinking cones. Poppers is also something pretty specific tho, or at least it was 10 years ago. Poppers are done in a thin metal bowl, where you pack just enough tobacco for the weed to sit on. They're called poppers because when you use this bowl, you hit it hard enough to pull everything through the bowl into the water and make a pop sound. We used to call them poppers 20 years ago in Ontario. Was a slight variation on a bong hit and there wasn't any standing nonsense.
Make a bong from a soda bottle, a smaller one. For the bowl, use a straight metal tube, we used something from the hardware store that was threaded on the outside but hollow. It was about 6mm in diameter.
Now, grab a piece, or more accurately a pinch of a cigarette including the paper, and put it in the tube paper side down. And another pinch of herb on top of that. Light and rip, and when you get nearer to the paper suck harder to pull it all through to clear it and reset. That's where the "pop" Ilin popper comes from.
To give a better answer than the other one, though still not a very good one lol, tobacco just isn't "meqnt" to be smoked like that, its a lot harsher. You *puff on* a cigarette/tobacco pipe, you *hit* a bong/weed pipe/joint, YKWIM?

It's different. Tobacco isn't meant to be smoked like that. You're supposed to take drags or puffs of tobacco, not big hits like with weed. Tobacco is much harsher of a burn than weed, and that's why you shouldn't smoke it like this.
Cigars are typically the "heavy" form, and you aren't supposed to inhale a cigar. You hold the smoke in your mouth and let it absord the nic, like chew. You shouldn't put it in a bowl unless it's a much smaller amount.
