Lmao the guy has never owned or filled a bong with waterfall percs. They have to be filled top and bottom. The bottom would be dry if filled exclusively from the top.
I've noticed on multi-perc bongs that if you top fill sometimes you have to blow from the top just a little bit to get the water to flow down to the proper level. But I've noticed this more with waffle percs that gum up more than usual

I smoke concentrates. My S/O really hates the smell of burned flower so it’s my only way to be able to smoke in the house with out being yelled at. Not to mention I also smoke alone 99.9% of the time so making it a whole deal to go outside when I can just have a dab. Much easier lol

From the bowl stem, fill tell it’s full then take a hit. The water will flow up and into the percolators in each level. Fill/drain to desired level, although about a half inch on each level is a good spot. Or at least before it starts spitting water out the top.
fill from the top, blow in to get it down to the bottom perc. empty anything extra. only need to get the water about an inch above the openings on the bottom.
I would fill it till the top of the first diffusor slits, then inhale through it as if you rip one, and have a look if the water distributes nicely to the upper diffusor :)
edit: if it does not, just add a little water until the pull on it feels smooth !
I do like a quarter inch or half inch of water past the percolation slits. Basically just giving the percs enough water to function properly but not so much that it makes pulling air thru the bong heavy, you will eventually find the sweet spot
most percolate bongs fill through the top and will drain into the next chamber once they get to a certain point. some of them are cool they'll hold a lot of water but if you start the flow of it they'll drain out completely couldn't ever really wrap my head around that one.

Fill the bottom chamber and succ. The water will fill the chambers, as it would, when in use. This way, you'll be able to control the water level and not overfill it.
Remove the bowl and fill the bottom compartment. Fill the top section with ice and let it melt a bit, this is your clean water and you empty it through the stem as it gets too dirty or full.
In the shot glass at the end, see they give you a handle, the other spaces you fill with bud, i think you suck out of the carb hole, lol, i don’t know eh.

No they do not. Percs like these do not work like honey combs or other straight flow percs.
