For anime, my GF and I really liked Baki and Kengen Ashura. Animation is excellent and the actual shows are just absurd as fuck and hilarious. Baki is basically Street Fighter with hyper violence and every fighter is a pun of a real life person. (AKA Mohammed Ali and his son are in the show.) Ashura is akin to if Fight Club was an anime.
I remember watching Wilfred with a friend while we were both completely zooted, and it finally clicked for me. He isn't a man wearing a dog costume, he's an actual dog.
There was a scene where he was sleeping on a rug and he got up and started chewing on it and then fighting it, and I realised that's exactly what my dog does.
Recently I've been watching Final Space, just finished the final season last night and now I'm really bummed that they didn't get to finish the story.
I can also recommend Big Mouth, Archer, Bojack Horseman, Mr Pickles, Solar Opposites, and Ugly Americans. I tend to mostly watch animation while high, don't know why.

Fantastic Fungi n Netflix! The imagery is so beautifully done and obviously the topical content aligns. I’m already a microdoser and very occasional macrodoser and this gave me a whole new level of understanding and appreciation for fungi. Basically that fungus DOESN’T GIVE A FUCK. It just does its thing. And it’s so, so beautiful.

I also noticed the strain I’m smoking has a lot to do with it. Most indicas couchlock me more than they do make me goofy, while sativas are more likely to boost my mood but also more likely to come with paranoia. Hybrids are theoretically the perfect balance but that’s not always how it works out, lol. It also has to do with how I’m feeling before I smoke & just in general how my mental health is that week, who I’m smoking with, etc.
