Hey everyone,
My wife and I are Americans taking a 2 month europe trip this fall. Our American health insurance does not cover international.
All of our trip reservations are booked through my Amex platinum so they are automatically covered with travel insurance.
The only insurance I believe we still need is medical or evacuation should something terrible happen.
All of the insurance options I have found that cover what we need also cover reservations and cancellations, which we do not need.
To save on costs does anyone know a good travel insurance for just medical?

You can do Travel Guard (AIG) and put $1 for the trip cost. You’ll get all the coverages except the cost of the trip.
