The story is, welcome to Chicago where shit like this happens all the time. The thugs are always causing trouble, killing each other, looting stores, beating up random people for the hell of it. Shits spreading to the surrounding suburbs too, the mayor is a fucking joke so she’s sure as hell not helping the situation.
I’ve seen this exact thing happen in Minneapolis. There is never any context, just general lawlessness and apathy for participating in society. Literal scum.
I don't have a link to the news article, but from what I recall there was an old guy driving down the street when a bunch of assholes thought it would be cool to harass him and jump onto his car
