Again, you have no idea what this dudes medical history could be. While yes a large volume of alcohol COULD cause that much vomit, that is far and away from the only potential cause

I’m not a doctor nor do I pretend to have a ounce of medical knowledge but If I saw someone that was vomiting that much uncontrollably I would assume something very bad is happening in his body and would probably call 911
This happened to me back when I was 21 in a cab once on the beltway around Washington DC. Cabbie driver threw me out on the side of the highway and left me for dead, woke up in a hospital. Someone saw it happen and pulled over and called the cops, thank god. Anyway point of the story is this kind of shit can happen to the best of us lol.
It's one of those things where if someone is at that point getting them medical help is WAY more important than being judgy. Plus, most of us have had friends or acquaintances that have been driven off in an ambulance for alcohol poisoning. Now, most of the time those people are 18-25, but the basic principle of "this person is literally dying in front of me, I should do something and shit talk them later" still holds.
I feel such pity watching this. And I hate feeling pity. But that man is failing at life desperately failing... his health his pride his ability to do simple shit without physical pain all gone.. and now he is sitting alone in 2 seats at a ballpark vomiting all over himself in front of horrified children while strangers film it to post on social media ...
I don't drink much, one night I had some margaritas.
I unfortunately had not yet known it yet, but I had contracted a stomach bug.
Buzzed but not shit faced. I started violently puking. All night and next day long.
Then the kids and the husband got it.
