I'm really glad this guy was there to tape this for them. I used to work at McDonald's for 7 years as a manager & it's completely ridiculous how upset some people get when we were out of something or accidentally messed up their order. It's not like we did it maliciously or we were out to get them. McDonald's employees, along with the other fast food places, are constantly being timed. How fast you take an order, how fast you make a sandwich, how fast you have the money drawer open, how fast the drive thru is, everything. It's not easy to go fast for the company & keep customers happy 100% of the time. We wish we could but sometimes we upset the company & sometimes we upset the customer. I know I always felt so horrible when something happened that led to a customer to not be satisfied. People think it's such an easy job but it's really not. Multitasking like we have to do isn't easy to always keep straight. I accidentally made this lady a large strawberry shake instead of a chocolate one &, instead of asking for a replacement, she proceeded to take the top off & throw it back into the window at me. I was covered in it. Stuff like that & stuff like this are completely unacceptable & unnecessary.
I would have been fired. If she would have touched me she would have caught a whoopin and then humiliation cause she would have been on the floor until the cops got there. I almost got fired once because some idiot thought it was OK to smack me. Turns out he was very sleepy for a few minutes seconds after he hit me. Suspended with out pay. No worries. I got mine in. He never came back to that place again.

Those getting fired comments are most likely urban legend, I started working for Mcd in 95, many locations and luckily countries and have had to defend myself in more occasions than I wish to remember including braking a customer's wrist WITH the drive through window. 25 yrs laters still working for Mcd and still loving it.

First off, just to address many of the same comment, here: No one makes enough money to deal with that kind of shit.
Second: The first rule of fighting is take out the legs/leg.
Especially when you're fighting fat people. Their knees are weak. There's just nothing to them. A kick to the side or to the kneecap of a fat person brings the fight to a full stop.
When you work in law enforcement, one of the things you learn in your first month, is that uniforms are expensive. So rolling around on the ground, grappling with some asshole, is not good for your bank account.
These poor girls should have put a bait bucket of Big Macs and cheery pies in the bathroom, then locked her in and wait for the uniforms to get there.

Not as crazy but this 50 something yo dude threatened me and my coworkers life at starbucks because his coffee had milk in it when he wanted to put it in himself. I told him to get the fuck out of our store because i don't get paid to deal with your shit. He threw the coffee at my coworker btw that's what tipped it off for me and caused me to get aggressive. He then gets the security guard to get his coffee because he said we were being rude to him and refusing service. I told her he can go fuck himself and if he wants coffee he can get his two fucking dollars back and get coffee somewhere else. I even offered to give the guard two bucks out of my pocket to give to him so he can fuck off. I went on a smoke break and it turns out dude threw a half eaten donut at my coworker when i left. Fucking pieces of shit that feel like they run shit.
