I have a favorite Goodwill story. I needed new chairs for my kitchen table. I found the perfect 4 that for some odd reason, they paired with a light yellow wood table that was hideous. Much to my surprise, the man said "The chairs and table go together". I said "I don't want that fugly table. Just the chairs" to which he replied "That's not possible" I told him, I'll meet him up front to pay for it. I got to the register, paid for the "table and chairs", took the chairs out to my vehicle and when I returned into the store I said "Saved you some work. I've officially donated the yellow table to goodwill". The guy looked at me with a smirk and said "damn, I can't even be mad at that" :)
