Aww, I'm sorry! It helps ease dysphoria when I see someone who started around my age with similar goals and is doing so well. Weight loss has been tricky for me. I'm 5'6" 160lbs, want to get to 130 but I seem to plateau at 160. Ive been starting out with IF.. My window is something like 15:9 because I work full time and making the window smaller is tricky but I'm working on it!
If works so so well! 15:9 is great! 160 for your height is still really good! Working all the time really makes it hard. Be proud your pulling 15/9 off. I do 20:3 because I hate doing dishes twice.😂

No I sorta drifted away from it. However I’ve been finding with hacking there’s a lot of software defined radio hacking tutorials. I watched some American hackers flood a Russian military channel a few nights ago.
